Rosemary Thyme Lamb Chops

- 8 pieces Lamb Loin Chops
- 2 Tsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 Tsp Dried Thyme
- 2 Cloves Garlic, cut in half
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 Tsp All Purpose Seasoning
- Olive Oil for Searing
- ¼ Cup Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- Season Lamb on both sides with Salt, Pepper, Rosemary, Thyme and All Purpose Seasoning. Set aside for about 20 minutes.
- In a large dutch oven (or skillet), sautee garlic until oil is fragrant. Remove garlic and discard.
- Add lamb gently to the pot. Brown on both sides about 5 minutes per side.
- Reduce heat and add chicken broth.
- Cover and simmer for about 20-30 minutes until meat is soft and tender.
