Ingredients
  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour, Unbleached
  • ½ Cup Unsweeteted Cocoa Powder
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • 2 Sticks Unsalted Butter
  • 1½ Cups Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Dried Cherries
  • ½ Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ Cup White Chocolate Chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat Oven to 350F
  2. Line Cookie sheets with parchment paper
  3. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined
  6. Beat in as much of the flour mixture as possible
  7. Using a spoon or spatula, fold in chocolate chips and cherries
  8. Using a cookie scoop, drop rounded dough onto the parchment lined cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart
  9. Gently flatten the tops with the back of a spoon
  10. Bake for 8-9 minutes
  11. Transfer to wire racks to cool
